We have a combined 10 years of experience handling residential cleans. We know the importance of having a place to come to that’s warm, inviting, but clean. We also understand the value of time. Cleaning is something that you don’t know it’s time consuming until you realize the time that you lost cleaning. We understand that in this busy life we want to spend as much free time doing what we love with the people we love. Let us take the house cleaning off your hands. Take that time back and live it the best way possible.
DEEP CLEANING
This includes:
- Top to bottom cleaning removing dust and cobwebs from each room.
- Ceiling Fans
- All surfaces
- Window Sills
- Blinds (If large slatted)
- fixtures
- decor
- baseboards
- Cleaning the outside and under all appliances (if movable)
- Removing any food or other substances off of kitchen cabinets.
- Moving easy to move furniture to get all cobwebs, dirt and dust under and behind.
- Cleaning windows and sliding doors (inside only)
Cost for the deep cleaning (for reoccurring cleans only):
- $100 for homes under 1500 sqft
- $150 for homes over 1500 sqft
- $200 for homes 3000 sqft and above.
Cost of a 1x deep cleaning is $.20/per sqft.
These fees are added on to the reoccurring cleaning cost each time a deep clean is performed.
MAINTENANCE CLEAN:
- Dusting and wiping down all surfaces
- Bathroom and Kitchen Cleaning
- Vacuuming and Mopping all floors.
- Taking trash/recycling out
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
- Window washing:
- $15 per window (small and medium windows inside and out)
- $25 per window (large windows inside and out)
- $10 per window (inside only)
- Bed Making:
- $15 per bed ($25 if bunkbeds)
- Laundry:
- $20 per load
- Dishes:
- $25
- Baseboards $35
